About The Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our innovative team. This role focuses on implementing, customizing, and extending the Dynamics 365 Sales instance for our clients. You will be involved in the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to developing custom components, implementing integrations, and ensuring the system aligns perfectly with business needs. This is a hands-on development role requiring strong technical skills in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Responsibilities Leadership :

- Lead or significantly contribute to the planning, architecture, and successful deployment of new Dynamics 365 Sales instances, specifically tailored to meet the unique business requirements of our Analysis :

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders across various departments to thoroughly gather, analyze, and refine business requirements, ensuring that the designed CRM system accurately reflects real operational needs and strategic Development :

- Design, develop, and implement bespoke custom components, including robust plugins, custom workflows, and complex Power Automate flows, to extend Dynamics 365 functionality and automate business processes unique to the client's business model.

System Integration :

- Implement seamless integrations between the Dynamics 365 Sales instance and various third-party systems, including SharePoint for document management, Power BI for reporting and analytics, and other internal operational platforms as Optimization :

- Define, configure, and optimize core sales processes within Dynamics 365, focusing on creating a streamlined, intuitive, and efficient user experience for the sales team and other Guidance :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Dynamics 365 best practices, including strategies for efficient data migration, effective environment management (development, test, production), and performance tuning techniques to ensure optimal system speed and & Handover :

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, configurations, and integrations.

- Provide effective handover support and training to internal IT teams or client administrators for ongoing system maintenance and & Support :

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 configurations, custom code, and Skills & Experience :

- Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong focus on system implementation, customization, and custom development, particularly within the Dynamics 365 Sales module.

- Proficiency in developing with C#, .NET, and JavaScript for extending Dynamics 365 functionality.

- Proven experience utilizing the Dynamics 365 SDK (Software Development Kit) for developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and other extensions.

- Strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform tools, including :

1. Power Apps : Designing and developing model-driven and canvas apps.

2. Power Automate : Creating complex flows for automation and integration.

3. Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) : Understanding data modeling, entities, fields, relationships, and business logic.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing custom CRM solutions, particularly for organizations with complex structures or multi-entity requirements.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services commonly used for integration, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.

- Solid experience in executing data migration activities, configuring security roles and business units, and setting up Dynamics 365 environments from scratch.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and interact with both technical team members and non-technical business stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical the Innovation at Moon Technolabs
