CA qualified resource with 10 to 15 years of experience in Corporate finance – preferably in large companies in auto, auto ancillary or manufacturing industry

Qualification – CA completed – Semi qualified or CMA, ICWA etc not to be considered

Location - Guindy

Base experience in following areas –

  • Consolidation of Financials & Standalone financials as per Ind AS (If they have worked in larger corporate entities, it will meet our requirements) - Expert knowledge
  • Handling of Treasury (exposure to various categories of funding like MFs, FD, CP is required as we handle larger fund size ) – Expert knowledge
  • Corporate accounting & exposure to Accounting Standards – Expert Knowledge
  • Working knowledge on budgeting & monthly MIS reporting

This resource should have following skill sets / experience:

-Exposure to Corporate finance accounting

- Knowledge and exposure on Indian Accounting Standards requirements – mainly w.r.t preparation of financial statements, consolidation, disclosure etc.

- Exposure to treasury operations like arranging for working capital / TL funding from banks/Institutions, monitoring hedging risk etc

- Experience in terms of interacting with Unit finance team on month closure / consolidation / budget preparation etc

- Budgeting and financial analysis

- Consolidation of monthly profitability reporting

- Exposure to capex evaluation / project evaluation

- Co-ordinating for internal audit & statutory audit for quarter ending and financial year closure

- Co-ordinating with legal for quarterly board related requirements
