Regional Sales Marketing Manager

One of our client is looking for a Senior level, motivated, sales-oriented person who has extensive business development and sales experience in the Auto-ancillary industry. Candidate should have experience in developing and cultivating new business opportunities, sales strategies, managing client relationships with our existing and new onboarded customers.
Our client is one of the largest manufacturer of the blanked automotive components, seating systems, door system & Automotive motors to meet the growing needs of the auto industry, globally. The company has multi location manufacturing facilities located throughout India.
Job Description
1. RFQ Management (Costing and Business Finalization), New business addition (new or existing)
2. New Customer Addition
3. Timely RM Indexation and PO amendment
4. Sales Achievement-TOPLINE
5. Profit Assurance Plan/Actualization/Increase-BOTTOMLINE
6. Relationship Management
7. CSS/C-SAT
8. Volumes for annual budget, trend, board meetings, long term /5 years strategy, forecasting
9. Competitor Intelligence
10. Presentation and Reports
About the Candidate:
- Preferably from seating mechanism companies like Shiroki, Lear, DAS etc.
- 8-10 years experience in similar industry.
- Remuneration – Best in industry.
- Apart from basic marketing knowledge, person must have working knowledge of seating products and related parts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
- Strong interpersonal skill.
- Very good customer relationship with MSIL, TML, M&M, HMSI, Yamaha etc.
- Strong financial knowledge for costing and negotiation.
- Positive attitude.
