We specialize in unsecured personal loans and partner with fintechs and NBFCs tobuild innovative lending models like FLDG, co-lending, and business correspondence (BC). Weare looking for a Chartered Accountant with deep experience in digital lending who canown and scale our finance operations, portfolio health tracking, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:1. Loan Book & Portfolio Management● End-to-end oversight of Apollo Finvest's loan book across direct sourcing, co-lending,and BC partnerships.● Build and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor loan book performance (NPA %,PAR, collections efficiency, etc.).● Ensure accurate reconciliation of all loans (direct and partner-sourced) with bankstatements, LMS, and accounting systems.2. FLDG & Partnership Management● Lead financial evaluations and ongoing monitoring of fintech partners with FLDGarrangements.● Track and reconcile FLDG coverage, defaults, and recoveries.● Manage co-lending and BC partnerships, including financial diligence, cash flowalignment, and MIS integration.3. Evaluation & Due Diligence of NBFCs/Partners● Conduct in-depth financial and risk analysis of NBFCs or non-NBFC entities for potentialpartnerships.● Review promoter background, financial health (CAR, GNPA/NNPA, ALM), audit reports,and compliance status.● Prepare recommendation reports for partnerships and investment decisions.4. Financial Reporting & Compliance● Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for Apollo Finvest (quarterly/annual),ensuring compliance with all SEBI and RBI regulations.● Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and RBI inspections.● Manage tax planning, GST compliance, and other regulatory filings.5. Automation & Process Optimization● Work closely with the product team to automate reconciliation, reporting, and financialprocesses.● Drive integration of finance dashboards into the loan management system (LMS) forreal-time portfolio and risk visibility.● Identify opportunities for automation in financial reporting and portfolio monitoring.6. Strategic Financial Planning● Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow forecasts, and portfolio analysis to supportstrategic decision-making.● Collaborate with the leadership team to improve margins, reduce defaults, and optimizelending operations.● Evaluate ROI and financial performance of all lending partnerships and products.Key Skills & Experience:● Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience, preferably indigital lending or fintech-NBFC models.● Strong experience with unsecured personal loans and FLDG models in co-lendingand BC partnerships.● Deep knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI compliance norms, and financial reportingrequirements for publicly listed companies.● Hands-on experience in loan reconciliation, portfolio health tracking, and real-timedashboards.● Proven track record of due diligence of NBFCs and fintech companies.● Mindset of automation and process innovation, with experience working withproduct/tech teams.● Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modeling and KPIs (NPA %, PAR,interest yield, etc.).● Proficiency in Tally, Excel (advanced), and familiarity with ERP/LMS systems.Traits We Value:● Strategic thinker: Can link financial insights with business strategy.● Problem solver: Finds automation-driven solutions to manual finance tasks.● Tech-savvy: Understands data flows between finance, LMS, and partner systems.● Ownership mindset: Takes full accountability for financial health and reporting.
