Job Summary
Finance Sales Commission: Senior Analyst
- Implement and administer incentive plans and commission payouts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the commission plan calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency as defined in the commission plans.
- Provide commission-related reports to various stakeholders.
- Assist with internal process improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Reconcile commission discrepancies and data anomalies.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure alignment and clarity in commission structures.
- Monitor and track commission expenses against the budget and provide variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain documentation for commission policies, procedures, and practices.
The ideal candidate is analytical, deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales compensation, at least 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in finance preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with a software-based commission tool.
- Strong organizational skills, Strong communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting software.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or a similar dynamic setting is preferred.
