Reports to: COO

Compensation: 08-12 LPA

Travel: Moderate


Roles and responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 10 cluster heads who will report directly to I&C Head
  • Candidate shall oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery of rooftop solar projects meeting highest quality standards while regularly reporting, monitoring and evaluating progress of installation and commissioning of different residential projects pan India.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • BTech (Electrical/Electronics/ Mechanical). with a minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience in project management and managing large teams Pan India.
  • Experience in renewables sector is a plus.
