Role Summary
We are looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Associate to support the launch and market expansion of our AI-driven clean energy solutions. This role will work with the marketing team to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and strategic positioning. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy, market research, and sales execution, preferably within AI, clean energy, or B2B SaaS industries.
Key Tasks & Accountability
- Market Research & Positioning – Analyze industry trends, customer segments, and competitors to refine GTM strategy. utbound outreach, and strategic networking.
- Lead Generation & Marketing Support – Identify potential markets, customer segments, and strategic business opportunities, and engage prospective customers through outbound efforts and digital outreach.
- Customer Acquisition & Engagement – Assist in sales conversations, onboarding, and managing client relationships to drive product adoption.
- Go-To-Market Strategy Execution – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven GTM strategies.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor key GTM metrics, track lead conversion rates, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment – Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, content, and messaging for product promotion.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships – Support in identifying new markets, potential business partners, and expansion opportunities.
Education & Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in GTM strategy, business development, or sales. Experience in the fields of AI, clean energy, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in market research, business development, or sales enablement.
- Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, sustainability, or clean energy markets is a plus.
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and iterate GTM plans.
- Excellent market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Strong lead generation and outbound sales experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
