Pre-Sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist (Oracle EBS/Fusion)


We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Reporting and Analytics Specialist with 10-15 years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) reporting and analytics. This role requires excellent communication skills, sharp analytical abilities, and a demonstrated history of delivering actionable insights that support pre-sales initiatives.


As a key player, youll leverage Oracle EBS data to support strategic decision-making and enable the sales team to meet organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities :


Oracle EBS Reporting and Analytics :


- Create and manage reports and dashboards utilizing Oracle EBS data to enhance pre-sales activities and monitor sales performance.


- Analyze Oracle EBS data to derive insights that can improve sales strategies and client engagement.


- Produce custom reports and conduct data analysis to support proposal creation and pre-sales Support :


- Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and translate them into data insights.


- Develop data-driven presentations and reports for client interactions and pre-sales discussions.


- Assist in proposal development by embedding Oracle EBS insights to address client needs effectively.


Data Analysis and Market Research :


- Use Oracle EBS data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights from market research.


- Conduct competitive analysis to shape pre-sales strategies and offer recommendations to optimize sales efforts.


Process Improvement :


- Identify and implement best practices to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency within Oracle EBS.


- Suggest and apply improvements to streamline reporting and analytics and Communication :


- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, IT) to gather data and ensure alignment with business goals.


- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, making insights relevant and actionable.


- 10-15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in reporting and analytics.


Skills :


- Proficient in Oracle EBS modules and reporting tools.


- Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret complex data and offer actionable insights.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively.


- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.


- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with Oracle EBS is advantageous.


- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
