You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver scalable, high-impact products that enhance customer engagement and business efficiency. Requirement:- 6-8 years of proven experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS companies- Knowledge of chatbot technologies, conversational interfaces, and related industry trends.- Proven track record of launching successful products and driving growth.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.- Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies is a Strategy & Roadmap- Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap aligned to enterprise workflows (analytics, sales enablement, marketing automation, leasing/operations).- Prioritise features using measurable impact, customer value, and market fit across global regions.User & Market Understanding- Deeply understand real estate enterprise users: asset managers, brokers, leasing teams, operations, analytics, and revenue leaders.- Localise requirements for US, UK, and EU nuances (terminology, workflows, compliance needs).Execution & Delivery- Lead end-to-end product development- from requirement definition to shipping.- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver predictable releases and scalable systems.- Ensure tracking, measurement, and analytics are built correctly into all Collaboration- Partner with Growth/Demand Generation to align product capabilities with marketing motions.- Collaborate with Sales to define ICP needs, qualification criteria, and customer-facing value propositions.- Support Customer Success with feedback loops for adoption, onboarding, and feature & Data-Driven Decisions- Run structured experiments on user flows, onboarding, and product-led growth initiatives.- Use data (analytics, funnels, attribution insights) to optimise adoption and activation.- Maintain a test-and-learn culture with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and decision rules.Compliance, Quality & Governance- Ensure product experiences respect consent, privacy, and regional data requirements (UK/EU/US).- Maintain high QA standards, predictable performance, and reliable integrations across systems.Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Communicate roadmap, progress, and decisions clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.- Coordinate with design and engineering teams operating in IST while supporting buyer-local use cases.Why VerbalFlo?:- Be a part of an innovative, fast-growing AI startup.- Work with a talented and diverse team in a collaborative environment.- Competitive compensation and benefits.- Opportunities for career growth and development.If you're passionate about AI and looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company, wed love to hear from you (ref:iimjobs.com)
