As a Cloud Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, securing, and optimizing our multi-cloud environments.

Youll bring strong expertise across AWS and Azure, along with knowledge of networking, DevOps, and endpoint support.

This role will also lead our cloud security initiatives, ensuring compliance, resilience, and innovation as we continue to scale.

What Youll Accomplish Your Performance Objectives :

Objective 1 First 30 Days :

- Complete onboarding and gain familiarity with existing AWS and Azure environments, SaaS integrations, and hybrid cloud connectivity.

- Build relationships with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and IT Support teams.

- Review current IAM, cost management, and security practices.

- Establish escalation procedures for IT support and network troubleshooting.

Objective 2 First 90 Days :

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of cloud infrastructure, security posture, and spend optimization opportunities.

- Develop a prioritized roadmap for cloud security improvements (IAM, zero trust, monitoring, compliance).

- Implement automation and IaC practices for provisioning and CI/CD pipelines.

- Begin standardizing operational processes for monitoring, backup, and incident response.

Objective 3 First 12 Months :

- Deliver measurable cost savings and performance improvements through optimization initiatives.

- Successfully roll out at least two major cloud security enhancements (e., zero trust, automated vulnerability remediation, compliance reporting).

- Mature the multi-cloud strategy, ensuring seamless integration across AWS, Azure, and enterprise IT.

- Mentor team members and establish cloud best practices across DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams.

- Provide regular reporting on cloud availability, security posture, and efficiency metrics.

Requirements :

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, SaaS).

- Oversee cloud security strategy, including IAM, compliance, and monitoring.

- Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code for repeatable deployments.

- Support and escalate IT issues where required.

- Manage core networking (VPC, VPN, DNS, routing, firewalls).

- Partner with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and release processes.

- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Develop documentation, policies, and training for cloud security and operations.

Experience And Skills We Seek :

- 5+ years experience managing AWS and Azure environments in enterprise settings.

- Strong knowledge of cloud networking (VPC, VPN, load balancing, DNS, routing).

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Terraform, Jenkins/GitLab, Kubernetes).

- Background in cloud security, IAM, compliance frameworks, and monitoring.

- Familiarity with IT support and endpoint management (Intune, MDM, OS troubleshooting).

- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect.

- CompTIA Security+, CCSP, or other cloud security certifications.
