Discover it here: https://zitrogames.com/es/What will your challenge be- We are looking for a Game Designer who will contribute to the ideation, development, and enhancement of world-class land-based slot games. - You will transform creative concepts into structured, mathematically aligned, and production-ready design specifications. - You will work closely with mathematicians, product managers, developers, and artists to deliver polished games optimized for player engagement and US market performance.What will you do Day-to-Day- Design engaging gameplay concepts, features, and mechanics for slot games. - Create clear and detailed game design documentation including feature specifications, flowcharts, and wireframes. - Think, develop and detail mathematical specifications of the games and their functionalities considering the sensations from the player's point of view. - Communicate the functionalities and mathematics of the game to other members of the team and the departments involved. - Write clear and concise project documentation. - Work closely with mathematicians to align gameplay ideas with mathematical models and constraints. - Work closely with the project Product Manager, as well as collect management feedback to define project details and follow the required direction. - Collaborate with art and development teams to ensure game concepts translate seamlessly into production. - Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and innovative ideas. - Review prototypes and provide actionable feedback to ensure design vision is met. - Analyze competitor products to identify trends, opportunities, and innovative features. - Ensure designs meet regulatory and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.What are we looking for in you- 1–3 years of experience as a Game Designer, preferably within slot, casino, or mobile gaming. - Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, or equivalent experience - Strong understanding of game mechanics, UI/UX principles, and player psychology. - Ability to write clear, concise, and structured documentation. - Basic understanding of probability, statistics, and game math fundamentals. - Knowledge of any programming or scripting tools (Python, C++, Godot, Unity, etc.) is an advantage. - Analysis, organization and team coordination skills - Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills. - Fluent in English.What adds extra value- Experience working on slot or casino game products. - Exposure to US Class III or Asian casino markets. - Familiarity with GODOT, Unity, or other game engines. - Understanding of reel strips, weighting systems, and bonus feature design. - Experience collaborating with mathematicians or product teams.What do we offerGreat career opportunity in a company that is growing.Flexible entry hours.️ Meal vouchers or refreshments support.Competitive salary based on your experience and skills.Health and life insurance.Social events and team-building activities.A very respectful and inclusive work culture.Our Culture, Vision, and ValuesWe lead the video bingo market and continue to grow rapidly in video slots, with a strong focus on innovative, high-performance products with standout design.International presenceGlobal projectsConstant growth in products, teams, and marketsOur mission is to combine brilliant ideas with cutting-edge technology to create unique experiences.
