Our mission is to create playful, social, and viral experiences that connect millions of players worldwide.Role Overview We are seeking aGame Designerwith strong creative vision and hands-on experience in designing for3D games. You will be responsible for crafting gameplay systems, levels, mechanics, and social loops that are fun, intuitive, and highly shareable. This role is ideal for someone who understands the culture ofRoblox, Fortnite Creative/UEFN, Meta Horizon orAndroid/Ios Multiplayer Experiences , and can design experiences that fit their communities while pushing creative boundaries.Responsibilities Conceptualize and designcore game loops, mechanics, and progression systems Build and balancelevels, challenges, and social experiencesthat drive retention and virality. Collaborate closely with artists, animators, and engineers to bring game ideas to life. DesignUGC-friendly featuressuch as emotes, customization systems, mini-games, and social interactions. Balance gameplay for fun, accessibility, and scalability across diverse audiences. Stay on top ofcommunity trends, memes, and player behaviorsin UGC ecosystems to inform design decisions. Contribute tolive ops strategies(events, challenges, updates) to keep experiences fresh and engaging.Requrirements 2+ years of experience as aGame Designer(UGC or professional games). Strong understanding ofgameplay loops, player progression, and reward systems . Familiarity withmultiplayer, co-op, and social game design principles . Ability toprototype quicklyand iterate based on player feedback. Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.Nice-to-Have Understanding ofmonetization strategiesin UGC platforms. Experience withlive service design(events, quests, content updates). Passion forsocial/multiplayer games, memes, and experimental design .
