Role- Influencer Marketing Manager
Location- Mumbai
CTC - 8 to 15 LPA(Negotiable depending on experience )
We are looking for a creative and dynamic professional to lead influencer-driven campaigns that boost brand presence, engagement, and measurable results. The role demands expertise across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, , X, LinkedIn), strong relationship-building, and innovative strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven influencer strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Source, segment, and manage relationships with influencers across levels.
- Lead end-to-end campaigns from briefing to performance tracking.
- Ensure authentic, brand-safe, and optimized content.
- Analyze KPIs, ROI, and provide insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and amplify campaigns via paid media.
- Stay updated on trends and identify new collaboration opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications (Master's preferred).
- 5–8 years in influencer or social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of influencer platforms, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
- Creative thinker with trend awareness and brand storytelling expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in personal care products/industry preferred.
