In this role you will

· Develop, strategize and execute influencer marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

· Identify and engage with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

· Create compelling campaign briefs and ensure influencers understand and adhere to brand guidelines.

. Lead and conduct research and analyze data to identify key trends and insights that will inform campaign strategy.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners.

· Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer collaborations.

· Act as the main point of contact for influencers, providing support and addressing any concerns.

· Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.

· Ensure all content meets legal and compliance requirements.

· Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns.

· Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including ROI, engagement, reach, and other KPIs.

· Use insights to optimize future campaigns.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activity.

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.

· Provide recommendations for improving influencer marketing strategies.

· Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure influencer campaigns are integrated with other marketing activities.

· Coordinate with creative, social media, and PR teams to maximize campaign impact.

You have

· 3-8 years of experience working with influencer marketing platforms.

. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing Communication or related fields.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
