Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Sales Executive / Sales Associate to join our team at Serapha Brands LLP in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and retail, excellent sales skills, and a strong ability to connect with customers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the store’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and current fashion trends.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling of products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the store's products and inventory to assist customers effectively.
3. Store Marketing & Visual Merchandising:
- Assist in the implementation of in-store marketing strategies to drive footfall and sales.
- Ensure that the store’s visual merchandising is aligned with the brand’s standards and creates an appealing shopping environment.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
4. Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
- Assist in inventory audits and coordinate with the inventory management team to replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory transactions.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the store manager and other team members to create a cohesive and efficient working environment.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the team to enhance overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
- Maintain daily sales reports and provide insights into customer buying patterns.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Associate, or Business Development Executive in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of store marketing, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- A passion for fashion and staying updated on the latest trends.
