Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in website development, search engine optimization (SEO), and Google Ads. This role involves working closely with our marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:


Website Development and Management:

  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for performance.
  • Implement website updates, enhancements, and new features as required.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
  • Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.


Google Ads Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and other techniques.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI.


Content Creation and Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and marketing goals.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze website and campaign performance.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in website development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns and using Google Ads tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing for online stores.
  • Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing).
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
