Role : Process Analyst, Process Mining, Process Automation(UI Path, Automation Anywhere)

Job Description :

- Experience : 5+ years in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.

- Certifications : Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

- Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Stakeholder Management : Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for process changes.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in process mining (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining), task mining, and process simulation tools.

- Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Programming skills in Python, with experience in data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., R, JavaScript).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for data integration and processing.

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end process analysis and improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.

- Utilize process mining and task mining tools to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

- Develop and run process simulations to predict outcomes and guide decision-making.

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and align process improvements with business needs.

- Create detailed process maps, documentation, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.

- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
