Export Manager

We are hiring an experienced Manager – Exports to drive international market expansion for our submersible pumps, motors, and agricultural equipment portfolio. This role will focus on identifying and developing new markets, building long-term global client relationships, generating high-quality leads, closing sales, and ensuring sustainable business growth across multiple countries.

About the Role

A dynamic professional with a proven track record in global sales is sought to strengthen our Export division.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new international markets for company products.
• Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and successful sales closures.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct overseas business trips for client meetings, exhibitions, and market research.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor export documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven export experience in submersible pumps or uPVC pipes.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving export sales targets.

Required Skills

• Strong international sales acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, confident, and adept at relationship building.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively abroad.
• Sound understanding of export documentation and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, International Trade, or relevant field (preferred).
