Role Overview We are looking for aTalent Acquisition Specialistwho thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance culture. This role requires someone with strongcritical thinking ,emotional intelligence , and the ability to handle end-to-end hiring for multiple business verticals. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple verticals (Travel, KPO/BPO, IT, Accounting, Healthcare, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through portals, social media, and professional networks. UtilizeKeka Hire ATSfor recruitment tracking and reporting. Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain hiring SLAs while ensuring quality and speed of recruitment. Stay updated on talent trends, market insights, and best practices. Requirements Minimum2–3 years of Talent Acquisition experienceinBPO/KPOorInternational Travel companies(mandatory). Strong knowledge of hiring practices for international clients. Familiarity withKeka Hireor similar ATS tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. High level of emotional intelligence and critical thinking. Ability to thrive in afast-paced, 24/7 work culture .
