Prepare performance reports and insights to guide strategic decisions. Respond quickly to feedback and make adjustments to improve campaign efficiency and outcomes.RequirementsExperience running paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and workflow systems. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.Nice to HaveExperience with remarketing, conversion tracking, or funnel optimization. Familiarity with programmatic platforms or advanced targeting tools.
