TheTech Lead – Microsoft Power Platformwill be responsible for leading the design, development, and management of business solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development, a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, and proven experience in leading technical teams. This role requires a passion for innovation, efficiency, and process optimization—transforming complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.Key Missions Lead thedesign, architecture, and implementationof solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams tounderstand business needsand translate them into technical requirements. Drive innovationby exploring and adopting the latest Power Platform features and capabilities. Establish and enforcebest practices, standards, and governancethroughout the development lifecycle.Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of developers in creating scalable and high-performing Power Platform solutions. Manage projecttimelines, resources, and deliverablesto ensure successful completion. Act as asubject matter experton Microsoft Power Platform, advising teams and stakeholders on best practices. Conductcode reviewsand ensure adherence to development standards and security guidelines. Collaborate with IT and business units tointegrate Power Platform solutionswith enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Azure, and SharePoint. Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex technical issues efficiently. Stay current withemerging trends and advancementsin Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform ecosystem.Required Skills & Competencies Knowledge Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform:Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI(minimum PL-900 certification or higher). Strong understanding ofsoftware development lifecycle (SDLC)andAgile methodologies . Familiarity with related Microsoft technologies:Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint . Know-How Proven ability todesign, architect, and implementscalable, efficient, and secure Power Platform solutions. Proficiency inprogramming languagessuch as JavaScript, .NET, and C#. Excellentproblem-solvingandanalyticalskills. Strong understanding ofintegration patternsanddata modelingacross Microsoft ecosystems.Behaviours Strongleadershipandmentorshipcapabilities. Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder managementskills. Service- and customer-orientedmindset. Highlyself-motivated , proactive, and adaptable to new technologies. Detail-orientedwith a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MicrosoftPower Platform certification (PL-900 or higher)required. 7-12 yearsof experience in software development, with at least3-5 yearsleading Power Platform projects or teams.Preferred Experience Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Azure Services). Exposure toDevOpspractices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform. Familiarity withgovernance and securitywithin Microsoft cloud environments.
