As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Power Apps Developer to join our dynamic team.Job Summary: The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.Key Responsibilities: · Design & Development: o Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps). o Create workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate. o Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards as needed. o Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure) and third-party services. Maintenance & Support: · Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Power Apps solutions. · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. · Optimize applications for performance and scalability. Collaboration: · Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. · Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to integrate Power Apps with other systems. · Provide training and support to end-users. Documentation & Compliance: · Create and maintain technical documentation. · Ensure solutions comply with company policies, industry standards, and best practices. · Stay updated with the latest developments in the Power Platform and Microsoft technologies.Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). · 2+ years of experience in Power Apps development. · Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). · Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, SharePoint, etc.). · Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
