Experience :Minimum 10 to 15 years in PMO rolesDomain : Banking (Current and previous projects must be exclusively in the Banking domain)Key Responsibilities : - Oversee and manage Project Management Office (PMO) activities for large-scale banking projects, ensuring adherence to established governance frameworks and protocols.- Lead and drive business transformation initiatives within the banking sector, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives.- Implement strong governance practices, including compliance, risk reporting, and project audits, in alignment with financial institution standards.- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Clarity, and Confluence for efficient project tracking, documentation, and reporting.- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive presentations, ensuring clear communication across all levels.Mandatory Skills & Experience : - Banking domain expertise : All recent work experience (current and previous projects) must be solely in the banking sector.- Governance : Deep experience and hands-on ownership of governance processes (mandatory).- Business Transformation : Proven track record leading and supporting business transformation projects within banking (mandatory).- Project Management Tools : Proficient in Jira, Clarity, and Confluence (mandatory).- Stakeholder Management : Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Analytical Approach : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
