Position Summary We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of client-facing and internal projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across global locations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution, from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budgetManage cross-functional teams across global time zones, fostering collaboration and accountabilityServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectationsIdentify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessarySupport customer escalations with urgency and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and communicationCollaborate with resource managers and leadership to support capacity planning and forecastingMaintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk logsEnsure project tasks, owners, dependencies, and completion percentages are tracked and updated regularlyDrive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and toolsQualifications5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, eCommerce, or ERP implementationsStrong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneouslyExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with global teams and managing remote collaborationProficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similarPMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
