Job Opening: Clinic Manager (Head of Clinic Operations)


Are you a skilled leader with a passion for veterinary care? We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our veterinary practice in Koramangala, Bangalore.


As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations, managing the administrative staff and veterinary team, and ensuring compliance with veterinary laws and standards. You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment book.


You will also manage the clinic's budget, monitor and control expenses, handle billing and invoicing, and oversee accounts receivable and payable. You will have reception and pharmacy staff directly reporting to you for this purpose.


Additionally, you will assist in hiring staff for the clinic, conduct performance evaluations, manage employee relations, ensure staff receive necessary training, and create a positive work environment. You will ensure the company's client service protocols are implemented at all times, address and resolve client concerns, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and manage client communications and follow-ups.


You will also support marketing strategies and promotions, identify business growth opportunities, and build relationships with referring veterinarians and stakeholders.


You must ensure the clinic is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.


Applicants should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in a relevant field.
