Job Overview

Wings Global Services is seeking a Junior Banking Non-Voice professional to join our team in Andheri, Malad, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Bandra, Vile Parle, or Borivali. This full-time position is designed for individuals with up to 3 years of work experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer relationship management skills and a solid understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial analysis.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management is a mandatory skill, enabling effective interactions and communication with clients.
  • A comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
  • Ability to manage risk effectively by identifying and mitigating potential financial threats.
  • Strong financial analysis skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in using data analytics tools to drive decision-making and improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) practices to detect and prevent financial crimes.
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms to support modern banking trends and enhance customer experience.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular reviews and compliance checks to ensure adherence to banking regulations and standards.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing and mitigating risks by implementing effective risk strategies and plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement banking solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Engage in financial crime prevention activities, including monitoring transactions and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and advancements in digital banking technologies.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a high level of service satisfaction.
