Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Forex Broker for a full-time, mid-level position at Wings Global Services. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The role is based across multiple prominent locations, including Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Surat, and Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess both mandatory and desirable skills and have a clear understanding of the forex market landscape.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in forex trading with a minimum of 4 years in a brokerage setting, demonstrating strong market acumen and trading strategies.
  • Proficiency in handling trading platforms such as Hantec Market, Exness, and Mtrading (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid understanding of the Vantage trading platform, showcasing ability to navigate complex trade executions and customer interactions smoothly.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to develop insightful market reports and guide clients on forex investments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and clients across different regions.
  • Demonstrable capacity to adapt quickly to market changes and innovative trading tools, ensuring competitive trading solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of market trends, technical indicators, and trading processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to act decisively and maintain composure under pressure, ensuring optimal client satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Execute client trades in the forex market with precision and adherence to regulations, ensuring compliance with trading standards.
  • Provide strategic market advice to clients, leveraging in-depth analysis and current market trends for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and providing personalized investment advice.
  • Monitor global financial markets, assessing their impact on currency movements to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage team to develop innovative trading solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare detailed client reports, offering insights and recommendations to enhance trading performance and risk management.
  • Stay updated with global economic events and adjust strategies accordingly to align with market shifts and investment needs.
  • Ensure all trading activities are conducted with the utmost integrity and ethical standards, safeguarding client interests.
