Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
- Experience in developing end-to-end applications.
- Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core,.Net6 and/or above, MVC, Web API).
- Strong experience with ReactJS and related front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3). Knowledge of React Native is a plus.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as RDBMS, MsSQL Server and other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps architecture
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., ELK stack, OpenSearch, Grafana etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and librarie
