We are looking for an exceptional leader, who will be responsible of dealing with brands, agencies, Organizations and other services offered by Droom.

Job Summary:
- As a Channel Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with external organizations and potential buyers to drive revenue growth and market reach.
- Your focus will be on building and managing relationships with channel partners, such as resellers, distributors, and agents, to promote our products/services and achieve mutual business objectives and scale it up.
- Looking ahead to team up with highly accomplished general management professional to lead the Channel partnerships. As a senior leader, you will drive partnerships and adoption of all products and services offered by Droom.
- As a senior manager, you will have responsibility of managing and scaling an already existing business and maintaining the relationships with external clients and agencies. To achieve success, you will work very closely with the Droom Leadership, growth hacking team, partner teams, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building sales functions from scratch, leading large teams and working in a complex, cross functional environment. He/she must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions to internal and external stakeholders. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners that align with the company's strategic goals and market objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and legally sound.
- Develop strategies to onboard new partners effectively and integrate them into existing sales and marketing programs.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing channel partners to foster loyalty and maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to partners to ensure they have the tools needed to succeed.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with partners in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Enablement:
- Work closely with internal sales teams to coordinate partner activities and optimize sales performance.
- Develop joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed-upon KPIs and provide regular performance reports.
Market Insights and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Use market insights to contribute to the development of channel strategies and business plans.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to align partnership activities with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and expectations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in channel management, business development, or sales in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of partnership programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
