Manager-Offline Activations

Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Offline activation and partnership Lead to take charge of our offline marketing efforts and strategic partnership initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing impactful offline activation strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through offline channels for Innovist.
Responsibilities:
*Offline Activation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive offline activation strategy to increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. Identify opportunities for offline marketing campaigns, events, and activations to reach target audiences effectively.
*Partnership Development and Management: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organizations & businesses to amplify brand reach and drive customer acquisition. Lead partnership negotiations and manage relationships to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
*Event Planning and Execution: Plan and oversee offline events, trade shows, and promotional activities to create memorable brand experiences and foster customer loyalty. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including budgeting, venue selection, and vendor management.
*Performance Measurement and Analysis: Monitor the performance of offline activation initiatives and partnerships, tracking key metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost, and brand awareness. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
*Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align offline activation efforts with overall business strategies. Work collaboratively to leverage internal resources and expertise in support of partnership initiatives.
*Market Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in offline marketing and partnership development. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
*Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on offline channels.
*Proven track record of developing and executing successful offline activation strategies and forging strategic partnerships.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and stakeholders.
*Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings.
Note: Prior experience with beauty and personal care brands preferred.
