Job description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing websites and creating dynamic motion graphics. You will work closely with our product, backend, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive and engaging digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Web Design:
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites that are responsive and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual assets for web and print.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design compelling digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, banners, and advertisements.
  • Ensure that all designs reflect brand identity, company values, and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with developers to implement and test designs for usability and performance.
    • Motion Graphics:
    • Develop dynamic motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including video content and advertisements.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually engaging content that supports project goals and brand messaging.
    • Use animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) to create high-quality animated assets.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance motion design skills and maintain high design standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and Web Designer or similar roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both web design and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Experience with motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for web usability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
