Motion Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Motion and Graphic Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our creative design team. As a Motion and Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics, product explainer videos, and social media creatives that showcase the capabilities of QpiAI Pro. You will work closely with the marketing, UI/UX, and product teams to develop high-quality product walkthroughs, demo videos, and promotional content that resonate with enterprise clients, investors, and AI professionals.

Responsibilities


• Product Explainer Videos: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for product demos, feature walkthroughs, and customer use-case videos.


• Marketing Collaterals: Develop engaging video content, digital ads, social media posts, and promotional materials aligned with brand identity.


• Design System & Motion Assets: Establish motion principles and reusable assets to maintain a consistent brand experience.


• Storyboarding & Concept Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into easy-to-understand visual narratives.


• Video Editing & Sound Design: Edit raw footage, incorporate sound effects, voiceovers, and transitions to enhance engagement.


• Branding & Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics for landing pages, product UI elements, and marketing materials.


• Multi-Project Handling: Manage multiple assignments efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

Requirements


• 3-4 years of experience in motion graphics, video production, and digital design.


• Experience working in SaaS, AI, or deep-tech industries.


• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.


• Experience in Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D animation software is a plus.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, product videos, and marketing assets.


• Ability to simplify technical AI concepts into clear, engaging visuals.


• Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.


• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, or equivalent work experience.
