We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong experience in B2B SaaS to deliver actionable insights through Power BI dashboards, trend analytics, and robust reporting. You will collaborate across Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to influence strategic decisions and drive performance :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards that illustrate KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.

- Regularly analyze business trends and generate reports to support decision-making and product strategy.

- Deliver ad hoc reports and deeper analytical insights as requested.

- Work alongside cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure accurate data capture and reporting workflow alignment.

- Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows, requirement specs, dashboards, and analytics guides.

- Champion data integrity and quality across the reporting environment.

- Present insights and recommendations to leadership clearly and effectively.

Requirements :

- 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a B2B SaaS context.

- Proficiency in Power BI : designing dashboards, building reports, and visual data storytelling.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, anomalies, and data-driven opportunities.

- Excellent communication skills able to translate complex analytics into business insights.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

- Hands-on experience with SQL or other data query tools.

- Exposure to CRM, marketing automation, or product analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and data governance practices.

- Experience or interest in working in enterprises dealing with complex data sets (e. g. life sciences, finance, healthcare).
