Job Description



Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Research and identify new business opportunities and ideal customer profiles.

Maintain detailed and organized records of lead interactions in the CRM.

Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach messaging and campaign performance.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points.

The Successful Applicant



2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar sales role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence in cold outreach and handling objections.

Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a remote, fast-paced work environment.

Bonus: Experience selling AI, automation, or document-related technologies to enterprise clients.
