About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in the gaming industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and enhance Salesforce applications, integrations, and custom solutions tailored to the needs of the gaming sector. You will leverage your expertise in both Salesforce technologies and gaming platforms to build innovative solutions that improve user engagement, data management, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :


Salesforce Development :


- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.


- Build custom objects, workflows, triggers, and integrations with external gaming platforms and APIs.


- Develop complex reports, dashboards, and business process automation to support gaming-specific operations.


- Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.


- Collaborate with product managers, game designers, and other stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


Gaming Industry Integration :


- Implement Salesforce integrations with gaming backends, user account management systems, payment systems, and other

third-party tools commonly used in the gaming industry.


- Work with game analytics platforms to ingest player data into Salesforce and provide insights into user behavior and in-game actions.


- Develop custom solutions that enhance player engagement, including loyalty programs, in-app purchases, and player profile & Communication :


- Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver features that enhance customer experiences and meet business objectives.


- Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams on Salesforce-related projects.


- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.


Technical Leadership :


- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Salesforce technologies and the gaming industry to recommend innovative solutions.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


Salesforce Development Expertise :


- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.


- Experience in developing and customizing Salesforce applications for complex business needs.


- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices for scalability, performance, and security.


Gaming Industry Experience :


- 2+ years of experience working in or with the gaming industry, ideally involving online games, mobile games, or gaming platforms.


- Familiarity with gaming analytics, player data management, and monetization strategies (e.g., in-app purchases, microtransactions, loyalty programs).


- Experience integrating Salesforce with gaming systems, such as account management, matchmaking systems, or virtual goods platforms.


Technical Skills :


- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).


- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building Lightning Components.


- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange tools and packages is a plus.


- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.


- Experience with gaming analytics tools like Game Analytics, Unity Analytics, or similar platforms.


- Experience working in a DevOps environment or using CI/CD tools for Salesforce development.


- Familiarity with AI-driven features in games or gamification elements in customer engagement platforms.
