Note :- “Only candidates who can join immediately or are currently serving their notice period are eligible to apply.” 📧 Apply Now: Send your resume to aman_sariyam@sourcebae.com 🎯 Role & Requirements Snapshot Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer (Data Pipeline SDET) Experience: 7 – 11 Years (Targeting 5-7 years of relevant hands-on experience) Location (Onsite): Indore / Pune / Bengaluru / Chennai Compensation: Highly Competitive Availability: Immediate Joiners or those currently serving notice. 🔑 Technical Skills (Must-Have Coding Fundamentals) We are looking for hands-on individual contributors who can code and deeply understand data engineering concepts. Core Coding: Expert-level proficiency in PySpark/Python for writing and executing validation code. We cannot teach coding fundamentals. Data Platform: Hands-on experience with Databricks environments. Pipeline Tools: Experience with Azure Data Factory for pipeline setup and execution context. DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration and pipeline management. Data Validation: Strong SQL knowledge for data integrity checks and complex query validation. 📝 Key Responsibilities :- This role is focused on heavy-weight execution and validation—work similar to a data developer but with a quality focus. Data Validation: Primarily responsible for testing and validating complex data transformations and data quality built by other Data Engineers. Execution & Review: Focus on test execution, pipeline review, and ensuring high-quality data output. SDET Processes: Implementing and maintaining automated validation scripts within the CI/CD pipeline. Team Contribution: Act as an Individual Contributor with an aptitude for leadership/mentoring to potentially guide future scaling. Collaboration: Working closely with Data Engineers and the development team to review system design and data architecture for effective test coverage.
