Position:Network Engineer – ACI (Level 2) Location:Mumbai Employment Type:Full-time Shift:Rotational Weekly Off:Depending on workload Joining Timeline:Immediate Experience:5+yearsJob Description We are looking for a skilledNetwork Engineer (Cisco ACI – L2)with5+ years of experiencein enterprise networking and data center operations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Cisco ACI environments, performing network changes, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of ACI infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support forCisco ACI fabrics , including monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration changes. Assist in deploying and maintainingACI leaf/spine architecturesand APIC configurations. Configure and manageEPGs, bridge domains, contracts, and tenantswithin ACI. PerformL2/L3 network troubleshootingand resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Support integration withL4/L7 servicessuch as firewalls and load balancers. Work closely with senior engineers forchange implementation, migration, and capacity planning . Maintainnetwork documentation , configuration backups, and change records. Supportautomation and scripting initiativesfor network operations. Ensure network uptime, performance, and adherence to security and compliance standards. Required Skills & Experience 5+ yearsof experience in enterprise networking and data center operations. Strong understanding ofCisco ACI concepts(EPGs, bridge domains, contracts, tenants, policies). Proficiency inCisco Nexus platforms (9K/7K)and core switching/routing protocols (VLAN, STP, BGP, OSPF). Experience withACI troubleshooting toolsand APIC GUI/CLI. Familiarity withVXLAN, EVPN, and overlay/underlay networking . Basic knowledge ofPython or Ansiblefor automation is an added advantage. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Cisco Certified Network Professional ( CCNP ) or equivalent certification. Exposure toSDN, multi-site ACI, or hybrid cloud environments .
