The candidate will be responsible for leading complex Cisco ACI implementations, optimizing network performance, ensuring high availability, and acting as a subject matter expert for all ACI-related operations. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manageCisco ACI fabricsincluding APIC clusters, leaf/spine architecture, multi-site and multi-tenant setups. Integrate and manageL4/L7 services(firewalls, load balancers, WAFs) through service insertion and service graphs. Define and enforceACI policies, contracts, EPGs, and bridge domainsfor traffic control and segmentation. Leadnetwork migration and transformation projectsensuring minimal downtime. Integrate ACI withvirtualization, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks . Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex ACI and network issueswhile maintaining high uptime. PrepareHLD/LLD documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks . Driveautomationusing scripting and configuration management tools like Python, Ansible, and REST APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, and applications) to align network strategy with business needs. Mentor and guide network engineers, providing technical leadership and support for escalations.Required Skills & Experience 16+ yearsof experience in enterprise-level networking and data center environments. Expert-level knowledge ofCisco ACI ,Nexus platforms , anddata center fabric technologies . Strong command ofrouting/switching protocols(BGP, OSPF, IS-IS) andoverlay/underlay technologies(VXLAN, EVPN). Hands-on experience innetwork automation(Python, Ansible, REST API). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills inmission-critical networks . Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to handle L4-level escalations.Preferred Qualifications CCIE (Data Center / Enterprise)or equivalent advanced certifications. Experience inSDN, NFV, hybrid/multi-cloud networking , and container-based networking.
