As a New Project Sales Specialist at Realtyroof, you will be at the forefront of our exciting new project launches. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients find their dream homes in our latest developments. Your responsibilities will include:


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Project Expertise: Become an expert on our new project developments, including features, amenities, and pricing strategies.
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, providing them with in-depth information about the properties and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide valuable insights to clients.
  5. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a seamless and positive buying experience for our clients from initial contact to closing the deal.
  6. Networking: Attend industry events and leverage your network to identify potential leads and partnerships.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and new project launches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Real estate competency certificate will be an added advantage.
