Job Title: HR Manager (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Hybrid (NCR-based; onsite meetings in Gurgaon once or twice a week)
Ananda Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to establish and manage the HR function for a fast-growing startup managing multiple brands. This is a hands-on role involving a wide variety of tasks, from driving the end-to-end recruitment process to fostering company culture and developing HR policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical hiring and a passion for building HR processes from the ground up.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Actively engage with hiring channels like , university recruitment, and others to build a pool of quality candidates.
- Handle technical hiring for roles in graphic/motion design, video editing, content writing, software engineering, and web development.
HR Policy & Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement core HR policies in alignment with the founders’ vision.
- Foster a positive and engaging company culture.
- Manage employee relations and address grievances effectively.
HR Operations & Talent Branding:
- Handle documentation and payroll management.
- Build a strong employer brand on to attract top talent.
- Continuously improve the hiring process to secure the best candidates efficiently.
Performance Management:
- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and retention rates.
- Education: Degree in Business with a major in HR or equivalent.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in technical hiring for creative and tech roles.
- Certifications: HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HR tools and software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.
- Ability to manage recruitment pipelines and build effective screening processes.
- Develop the HR function, policies, and procedures from scratch.
- Build a streamlined, efficient recruitment pipeline that delivers high-quality candidates quickly.
- Maintain high employee morale and strong alignment between the founders’ expectations and employee performance.
- Establish the company as a top employer through talent branding and innovative HR practices.
