Role: The role serves as the finance partner for Statiq's CFO and the Business Leaders and will be responsible for full range of planning functions. This position requires preparation of Budgets / Forecast and Reports/Dashboards for management on financial/non-financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Improve financial status by monitoring results & variances, identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis including budgeting , forecasting, operational metrics tracking and reporting for Business functions including recommendations for improvement.- Monthly reporting and variance analysis- Manage the Sales and Operations Planning Process- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support- Prepare for regular leadership reviews along business drivers- Sale and Pricing support to the commercial and BD teams. Prepare Sales MIS- Track account receivables to drive timely collections and drive CFOA goals. Followup with c- Utilization, Realization and Project profitability analysis to help business partners for taking measures to improve their performance- Reviewing financial information proactively, identifying exceptions/inconsistencies, initiating action, and follow-up with various stakeholders- Own and drive reporting requirements for Shareholders and other external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of relevant finance experience in FP&A role with MBA / ACA.- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Revenue Recognition will be preferred.- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and reach out to people .- Experience of ERP environment.- Worked as Business Finance Partner for any finance function.
