As we scale our operations, we are establishing a dedicated Global Marketing Practice—a strategic vertical to support both internal growth initiatives and external client needs across high-impact sectors.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Global Marketing Practice Leader to establish, operate, and grow our marketing vertical as an independent business unit within AeroDef Nexus Group.

This is a founding leadership role with end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, campaign execution, revenue generation, and P&L. You will work directly with the Founder–CEO and play a critical role in shaping our global visibility and client-facing marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Practice Development

·       
• Define the scope, pricing model, and go-to-market strategy for the AeroDef Marketing Practice.

·       
• Build offerings suited for industrial, dual-use, defense, and deeptech clients.

2. Internal Campaign Delivery (First 90 Days)

·       
• Deliver high-impact internal campaigns such as: Becoming Possible Masterclass, Composites 101 Course, and AeroDef Syndicate LP outreach.

·       
• Optimize , WhatsApp, email, and landing page performance.

3. External Business Development

·       
• Convert internal marketing case studies into external service offerings.

·       
• Acquire and manage clients from aerospace startups, VCs, innovation agencies, and public-sector aligned organizations.

4. P&L and Operations Management

·       
• Track and report revenue, margins, and performance metrics for the marketing vertical.

·       
• Set and meet quarterly targets in collaboration with executive leadership.

5. Team Leadership

·       
• Build and lead a lean marketing team.

·       
• Create delivery SOPs and campaign playbooks for scalable execution.

6. Strategic Communications & PR

·       
• Define and execute PR strategy aligned with AeroDef Nexus Group's industrial positioning.

·       
• Draft and pitch thought leadership content (articles, press releases, founder features).

·       
• Build media relationships across defense, aerospace, innovation, and government-focused outlets.

·       
• Secure founder speaking opportunities and manage group-level media coverage.

·       
• Lead crisis communications and narrative control during high-visibility phases (e.g., Paris Air Show, fundraising, policy announcements).

Candidate Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

·       
• 3–7 years of full-stack marketing experience across digital, content, growth, and brand strategy.

·       
• Demonstrated ownership of campaigns or marketing projects with measurable impact.

·       
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with variable compensation.

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

·       
• Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial, or deeptech sectors.

·       
• Familiarity with government-linked clients or policy-aligned messaging.

Compensation Structure


• Fixed Pay: ₹30,000–₹75,000/month based on experience and availability


• Performance Pay: Revenue-share or campaign-based success bonuses


• Equity/Upside: Eligibility for profit participation or equity post-milestone delivery


• Career Track: Marketing Practice Lead → Group CMO → Strategic Partner
