Designation: Associate Manager - Performance Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager - Performance Marketing who has experience managing campaigns, is good with numbers, and has experience working on collaborative projects with teams like Tech, Product & Sales.


What you’ll do:

  • Plan, strategize, launch & monitor acquisition campaigns across FB, Google, and other channels/networks
  • Cost & Revenue ownership of flagship products of the company for the respective channels
  • Own the execution of performance campaigns including campaign set-up, ad creation, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and reporting
  • Project and track monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs for respective products
  • Analyze and draw actionable insights to further enhance campaign performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams - product, design, sales, and other marketing channels; to deliver the most effective campaigns
  • Regularly identify and act on growth & optimization opportunities
  • Maintain a data-first and rigorous A/B testing approach through frequent experimentation & optimization
  • Identify new industry & market trends and opportunities, and execute campaigns accordingly
  • Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them regularly
  • Competitive analysis to explore the latest trends, marketing strategies, tactics, and channels to drive acquisition


Requirements:

  • Holds 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing of running campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, MMP, and usage of Marketing Automation Tools
  • Have a thorough hands-on understanding of performance campaigns
  • Is excellent at knowledge of online media strategy, planning, implementation, and optimizations
  • Have strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to campaign objectives
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Is highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative with an ability to work cross-functionally
  • A basic understanding of conversion API and SQL is preferable
