Job Description Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with years of experience in the network domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting F5 load balancers, Cloudflare WAF, Palo Alto & Azure firewalls, IPSec VPN.

In this role, you will be assisting network related task part of the migration project and will collaborate with cross-functional teams including network operations team, Application support team, automation team and project teams.

Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.

Job Description:

  • Configure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the Blue Yonder cloud network environment, focusing on F5-LTM and firewall expertise.
  • Collaborate with Blue Yonder Product Support, Development, and Cloud Operations teams for timely and appropriate communication regarding assigned tasks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure Operations, Blue Yonder Architecture, and Security teams.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Collaborate with customer and internal stakeholders to build VPN tunnel build and troubleshoot in case of any issues.
  • F5 URL provisioning, validation, Cloudflare WAF configurations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, with 6+ years of relevant expertise in F5 LTM, Cloudflare WAF, ASA/PALO ALTO/AZURE firewalls.

Key Skills:

  • F5 Load Balancer Skills: Administration, iRule Development, SSL Management, Advanced Networking Concepts, Traffic Management Policies.
  • Cloudflare WAF Management: Experience with WAF operations, including log review, rule fine-tuning, collaborating with stakeholders, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Firewall Skills: Configuration firewall policies and VPN tunnel Configuration and Troubleshooting.
