Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Should have experience in C/C++ development Knowledge of Perl programming and Worked on Unix/Linux and Windows Environment 70% Support and 30% enhancement, Involves Night Shift Able to prioritize tasks and deliver changes on time. Communicate with users(Global) to understand the issues and provide resolution. Performance monitoring and provide improvement ideas. Status reporting of the assigned tasks.
