Position Title: Inside Sales Representative – Information Technology (US Shift) Location: Gurugram, India Company: Binary Semantics Ltd. We leverage our strong technology expertise and deep industry knowledge to develop customized solutions and services Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling IT products and helpdesk services to potential and existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Product and Service related sales i.e. Subscription Sales, Referral Sales, Outbound & Inbound Sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential B2C and B2B clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, inbound calls and referrals. Showcase our IT products and helpdesk services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions over calls & emails. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and provide tailored solutions, when required, to meet their requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the manager. Maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and helpdesk services, staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings. Identify & create opportunities to upsell additional products or services, and cross-sell complementary solutions to drive additional revenue. Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing solutions that add value. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
