About the company:A Top IT Product CompanyRequirements: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field from premier engineering institutes of global ranking. Should have minimum 10-20 years of experience in architecture, design and development of highly scalable software products & applications. Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams. In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques. Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies. Experience in BFSI projects as Product Areas Include (i) Trade Finance (ii)Retail Lending (iii) Account Opening (iv) SME Lending (v) Capital & Wealth Management Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to continuously learn new technologies and quickly evaluate their technical and commercial viability Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities in commonly used data science packages including Spark, Pandas, SciPy, and Numpy Leveraging familiarity with deep learning architectures used for text analysis, computer vision and signal processing. End to end ML work and deploying of models Knowledge of how full stack SaaS products work, scale and perform Responsibilities: Lead and manage the AI research and development team. Develop and implement AI strategies that support business objectives. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products. Monitor and analyze AI trends to ensure the company remains at the forefront of technology. Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative working environment. Understanding statistical or numerical methods application, data-driven problem solving Demonstrating thought leader level abilities in the use of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques Modeling and Analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources. Well versed with Supervised and Unsupervised ML Techniques Exposure to Agentic AI Lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions, and driving data excellence across the organization Architect a full ML Platform and build out the infrastructure to support scalability Provide collaborative leadership to build out the AI function, MLEs, MLOps and Data Engineering Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to turn business goals into technical solutionsPlease share your resumes with renu@marketscope.in
