Pega CDH Pega PRPC Decisioning logic developmentPega Decisioning ConsultantRole purpose :The purpose of this role is to develop Pega decisioning constructs in order to implement new marketing campaigns, real time decisioning modules and provide post implementation supportKey Competencies and requirements :- Pega Decisioning and marketing. Pega PRPC Version 8.x/7.x Development and integration.- Must have certifications: PEGA Certified Senior System Architect, PEGA Certified Decisioning Consultant, PEGA Certified System Architect- Solid experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub in Telecom industry minimum 3 years- Knowledge of integration protocols (REST-JSON, SOAP-XML). - Ability to develop integration with other system, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues- Knowledge of Oracle, Cassandra, SQL at developer level and ETL- Knowledge of Java, JSP, J2EE, XML, and EJB.- Ability to implement the rules and build low level design. Experience in implementing Pega Decisioning rules, Strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configuration.- Experience in developing, monitoring, and troubleshooting batch campaigns- Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, AI concepts and experience in implementing changes to these modules.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues- Coordination with operations and testing team and provide defect fixes and bugfixes- Build and unit test of the application components and/or managing development activities, performing peer reviews, and escalating technical issuesKey Responsibilities :- Development of new/ existing strategies; upgrades and technical improvements- L3 support when needed, based on agreed SLAs- Prepare packages and installations- Find technical improvements and apply best practices- Improve the technical performance of the application- Align internally on solutions to be applied- Make sure that all DB queries are optimized- Make strategies and campaigns very configurable, as the changes after production installation are frequent and they are performed by a configurators team (not developers)- Estimate the needed effort for stories and tasks and raise concerns when needed, join all the ceremonies and the meetings set in the team (ref:hirist.tech)
