We're looking for a Pega Decisioning Consultant to join our team If you have a strong background in Pega Decisioning, Business Process Management, and marketing campaigns, this is the role for you You'll play a key part in implementing real-time decisioning modules, developing Pega decisioning constructs, and providing post-implementation support.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop Pega Decisioning rules, strategies, engagement policies, constraints, and channel configurations.
- Implement and monitor batch campaigns, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Develop integration with other systems and support defect fixes and bug resolutions.
- Build and unit test application components, managing development activities, and performing peer reviews.
- 4+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning and marketing.
- Expertise in Pega PRPC (Version 8.x/7.x), business process management, and business rules development.
- Experience in creating workflows, defining rules, developing data pages, activities, and UI's in PRPC.
- Knowledge of data flows, segmentation, and AI concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, both in production and during development.
- Experience in integrating systems and resolving integration-related issues.
- Strong analytical and coding skills with knowledge in XML, Java, Oracle, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Engineering degree or Science degree.
- Certified Pega System Architect (CSA).
- Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC).
