Job Title:Service Manager Location:Hosur, Tamilnadu Employment:Full time Experience:7-10 Years of relevant experience in DG Set, and Electrical Switchgear Education:Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics or other related branches.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of site/service engineers across multiple locations or projects. Oversee operation and maintenance of DG sets (Diesel Generators), HT & LT panels, transformers, and switchgear systems. Ensure accurate interpretation of electrical wiring diagrams and effective troubleshooting of faults. Supervise handling of various circuit breakers (ACB, MCCB, MCB, etc.) and ensure safety compliance. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely query resolution, proactive communication, and service excellence. Manage and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensuring SLA adherence and client retention. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth service delivery and escalation handling. Maintain service documentation, reports, and performance metrics for internal review and client audits.Preferred Skills: Strong technical foundation in electrical systems and power distribution networks. Working knowledge of UPS systems, battery chargers, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and mentor junior engineers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination. Familiarity with service planning, AMC lifecycle, and customer support protocols.Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. 7–10 years of experience in electrical service operations, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
